As a Service Quality Manager, you will lead day-to-day execution for delivering on-site service, installation support, and customer-focused field execution, coordinate teams and resources, and help deliver safe, efficient, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience with prior leadership or project ownership
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in the field and deliver excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive results across functions
